T&T supports the US Air Force with a wide variety of support services, throughout several different commands. Our services include Program Management, Advisory Services, IT and SharePoint Administration, Financial Management and Budget Analysis, and Administrative Support.
T&T's team ensures the integrity of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) by providing program management, technical automation support, data analysis/processing, application software development support, database administration, configuration management, technical advice training, subject matter expertise, and data quality management services.
T&T provides all resources necessary to perform installation, configuration, testing, sustainment, and personnel training on Microsoft Office Communicator Server (OCS), Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC), and Commercial Mobile Technology (CMT), compliant with all Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). The task requires extensive knowledge administering MS Windows 2003/2008/2012, MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, OCS 2007, and network devices such as Cisco load balancers, domain controllers, proxies, firewalls, routers, switches, Internet Security Accelerator, and others. We provide CONUS and OCONUS users reliable access to shared/collaborative content and mobile device custom applications. T&T is essential in assisting the client migrate all servers and devices from the legacy network to the AF Integrated Network (AFIN). We also provide engineering expertise to recommend, create, and draft proposed architecture design of new infrastructure for supported applications. To maintain network security we interpret/support technical orders, group policies, patching requirements, and STIGs. The following applications, protocols, and environments are supported under our contract: Instant Messenger (IM), Unified Communications (UC), Operating System, Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP), and Air Force Net Work (AFNET).
T&T configures and sustains business solutions using the latest technologies in SharePoint 2013. We provide support and creative solutions surrounding administration of the Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 platform. Our team performs systems analysis, requirements definition, administration, configuration, testing/debugging, documentation and deployment of solutions and components to support business processes and related SharePoint based functionality. We also manage all IT equipment and troubleshooting, including new PC, monitor and printer configuration, rollout, installation, and documentation.
T&T provides health physics consultation and program management support to the Radioisotope Committee Secretariat (RICS). T&T trains and guides installation-level users regarding operational use of radioactive materials, interpretation of Air Force (AF) radiation regulations, and site specific input to the AF Inspection Agency for further investigation. Activities also include review and comment on radioactive material permit applications, renewal packages, amendment actions, telephonic consultation supporting permit actions, review of decommissioning activities, analysis of regulatory applicability to AF operations, review and revisions to applicable AF and/or DoD directives, and termination requests.
T&T provides financial management, program management, SME, budget analysis, and administrative support for the Financial Reporting and Compliance Division (FR&C), located within AF/SGY. T&T also supports Air Force Medical Service senior program analysts in managing the Defense Travel System, Government Purchase Card program, civilian pay reimbursements, processing and tracking all commitments and obligating documents in corresponding financial systems, and liaising with local accounting organizations to ensure commitments and obligations are recorded in a correct and timely manner. We oversee and maintain all documentation in the appropriate format and databases prescribed by the client.
T&T supports AFMSA/SG5I (Research and Innovations) in oversight, development, and management of Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and Intramural Calls for medical research. This support includes developing strategic and tactical research plans, coordination with 711 HPW/PK (contracting) on BAA guidance, development, publication, execution of white papers and full proposals, and articulation of MAJCOM capability gaps into the announcements and solicitations.
T&T provided support to the Air Force Research Oversight and Compliance Division (AFMSA/SGE-C) Human Research Protection Program (HRPP), including performing complete, detailed, and expert reviews of all potential human research activities for the Surgeon General Human and Animal Research Panel (SGHARP). We review and provide corrective guidance to all submitters and monitor total compliance of the AF HRPP. In the instances in which HRPP activities are not directly governed by an existing directive, we consult with senior AF HRPP staff regarding resolution of issues for specific situations not governed by established policy, guideline or precedent. During our service we are also called upon to draft new policies on HARP education and training, and offer alternatives to AF/SGE-C leadership for consideration.
