Skilled in developing standards, policies, procedures, and with corporate goals and methodologies to align IT initiatives objectives. Bryan is well-versed in defining system requirements, identifying application workflow, building business processes, and engaging clients to create functional and practical web applications for customers. Adept at leading cross-functional project teams with modern initiatives including cloud transition, agile processes, CI/CD. Assisted quality management teams to set up Standards and Processes.

Bryan is responsible for leading T and T for civilian contacts, providing project oversight and customer relationship management. Locally he runs T and T’s internal tech team, working towards modernizing pipelines and environments for both internal initiatives, surge customer support, and tech labs for coding challenges.
