Director of Finance

Mr. Gong serves as Accounting Manager of T&T. In this role, he has overall responsibility for the controllership and financial reporting activities for T&T. Mr. Gong is a great problem solver that has created many innovated and outstanding results on tracking and migration. Mr. Gong reports to Chief Executive Officer and directly assists Chief Operating Officer on all strategic matters such as proposal pricing, forecasting needs, and cost benefit analysis. Mr. Gong’s contribution to Finance, Contracts, Accounting and Proposal are remarkable to T&T’s success.

Mr. Gong holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Massachusetts Boston.
