Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Stone leads T&T’s operations and customer delivery.  An exceptional problem solver, he has delivered innovative solutions and process improvements by applying outstanding analytical skills and leveraging deep expertise in proven methodologies and best practices.  Under his leadership, he implements program management processes for service delivery ensuring high client satisfaction and development of our leaders through training and coaching.

With over 30 years of progressive technical and business management experience, Mr. Stone is an accomplished leader of large, complex technical programs for government clients including DoD and Civilian agencies. Mr. Stone delivers expertise in program and financial management processes with outstanding proficiency in risk management, quality management, financial management, change and configuration management, and schedule management.

Mr. Stone earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics/Business from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
