Human Resources Manager

Mrs. Hudson is currently serving as T and T Consulting Services Human Resources Manager in San Antonio. She is responsible for steering HR strategy, programs, and administration for 3 corporate divisions in VA, OH, and TX comprised of over 130 employees across the United States. She manages risk and compliance, succession planning, talent management, change and performance management, training and development, employee relations, as well as compensation and benefits.

Master Sergeant Hudson (USAF, ret) is a diligent and analytical professional who possesses over 20 years’ experience in Organizational Leadership, Administrative, Technical, and Program Management across the Department of Defense and private sectors.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from American Military University, and her Master of Science in Health Science Management from Trident University.
