9/25/23 – T and T Consulting Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the award of a contract by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This contract provides technical expertise and management resources to the Clinical Research Informatics Strategic Planning Initiative (CRISPI) leadership team. Our goal is to work in partnership to create a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at formulating a concrete deployment strategy for the future.
NIH is the nation’s premier biomedical research agency. It plays a critical role in advancing basic, translational, and clinical research aimed at improving human health and contributing to the foundation of the nation’s economic well-being. Technology has become integral to how NIH conducts science and administers and oversees extramural biomedical research initiatives. Their innovative research methods and technologies are advancing effective treatments and cures for some of the most challenging public health issues and diseases.
CRISPI is a broad-based effort to address current clinical informatics needs while preparing for the future of comprehensive data sharing. This strategic planning initiative aims to connect key components of the existing clinical research infrastructure through secure standards-based electronic data capture and data exchange. T and T will play a pivotal role in offering expertise for the creation, development, and upkeep of a Clinical Informatics Leadership Dashboard as well as an inventory portal designed to foster collaboration and facilitate data sharing. Moreover, T and T will serve as a resource for overseeing and streamlining all facets of the CRISPI workflow, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency of data-sharing endeavors.
Receiving this award is a tremendous honor, and T and T looks forward with great enthusiasm to our continued involvement in supporting NIH programs and actively contributing to the continued success and advancement of the NIH mission.
