Director, Proposal Management

Mr. Cardenas serves as a Proposal Manager for T&T. In this role he manages the full life cycle of proposal development including planning, scheduling, managing, and ensuring solicitation compliance for competitive proposals. Additionally, he aids with capture management and maintaining the business development pipeline. Mr. Cardenas reports to T&T’s Chief Growth Officer, Jaime Rosado, and shares the responsibility for ensuring T&T’s continued success in attaining new federal contracts.

Mr. Cardenas holds a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Historical Studies and Literary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas, as well as Master of Sciences in Information Technology & Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
