September 3, 2024 – T and T Consulting Services, Inc. is excited to announce its selection as the awardee for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) Customer Experience (CX) Web Modernization Services contract. This award highlights T and T Consulting Services’ expertise in delivering advanced digital solutions aimed at enhancing user experience, accessibility, and data-driven capabilities across NOAA NESDIS platforms.

The NESDIS CX Web Modernization project focuses on improving the digital experience for NOAA stakeholders by modernizing their web presence and increasing engagement with critical satellite, environmental, and climate data. As part of this effort, T and T Consulting Services will utilize an already established streamlined DevOps process within NOAA to reduce development cycle times and implementation errors. Our DevOps processes that support other NOAA continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines will allow NESDIS to design and operationalize more websites that provide valued information to customers worldwide.

T and T Consulting Services will utilize its expertise in web development, UX/UI design, cloud services, visual design, content management, and business analysis to expand the NESDIS inventory of scalable web solution that supports the agency’s mission to provide timely access to global environmental information. By integrating advanced website analytics, search engine optimization, architecture optimization, and improved user interfaces, the project aims to drive greater engagement and improve the overall user experience across NOAA’s digital platforms.

With a track record of delivering innovative solutions across multiple federal agencies, T and T Consulting Services is well-positioned to address the complex challenges of modernizing NESDIS’ web infrastructure. This contract will further solidify T and T’s role as a trusted partner to NOAA, enabling the agency to better serve its stakeholders and deliver on its mission to provide timely, reliable environmental data.
